The Steel Maraca

Rachel comes equipped with a single handheld musical instrument, which also acts as a blunt weapon. Despite being made of out steel, its sound is still clear and not as loud as one would imagine it to be considering the material it is made out of. It's not heavy, but whacking someone's head with it (with enough effort put into the strike) could indeed cause some damage.

Rachel doesn't care much for looks and will blindly trust you even if you're literally a machine made purely for killing or a giant flesh-eating ghoul... as long as you're nice.
Thog Don't Care
The girl isn't very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to different racial behavior and traditions not related to human. She seems oblivious to most universal issues and problems such as drug dealing and war. Don't expect her to know the difference between pigeons and doves. However, do expect her to know stuff which is considered to be 'genetic female knowledge', such as baking sweets and different types of flowers.
 
Forgetful

She's so carefree that she tends to forget a few things, such as names, the duty of contacting an important person in a time of need or breathing.

A Rainbow Applause

Rachel, by clasping the palms of her hands together, is able to create organic plant-life at will. Daisies, baby cacti, tiny bonsai trees, you name it. However, she cannot make plants bigger/wider than her own palms, but she fortunately is able to manipulate their sizes to fit her palms; she doesn't have trouble creating long ones, for example- miniature palm trees. The more she makes (or the longer the palm tree, one could say) the thirstier she gets, so overusing this ability may cause light to severe dehydration-- which can result in fatigue, a rapid heartbeat and it could even knock her unconcious. This ability's usefulness obviously varies, though Rachel seems to have a lot of control of her psionic due to practice; the properties of the plants she makes can 100% resemble the properties of the original plant; for example, the fruit she creates can have all the vitamins and nutritional values a legitimately grown one would have... though it costs her more energy to create such a treat.

~~BLOODLINE BENEFIT~~
Solour CaTaffy, with the use of his psionic, has the ability to speak to Rachel CaTaffy's plants, making the girl hear what he's saying, as long as she is holding another plant she had created with her own psionic. She cannot speak back to her father, and no one other than her can hear what her father is saying through the plant-o-phone.
